New Zealand: 1–3 working days (metro), 2–5 working days (rural).
Australia: 3–10 working days depending on location.

Complimentary Shipping Threshold

Loto Moana may offer complimentary standard shipping for orders exceeding a specified threshold (for example, over NZD $150 within New Zealand and over NZD $250 to Australia). Applicable thresholds are displayed at checkout and may vary during promotional periods.

Australian orders may incur GST, customs duties or import fees determined by Australian authorities. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
