LOTO MOANA means “Ocean Heart.”
LOTO MOANA is a reflection of the ocean — not simply as a body of water, but as something alive, powerful, giving, and connected to every part of our world.
Our Pacific Ocean has the biggest heart on Earth. It creates and sustains life, provides food and resources, connects communities, and has supported generations of families for thousands of years.
For me, this meaning is deeply personal: The ocean was a major part of my childhood and teenage years. For 17 years, it helped my family survive and provided us with what we needed before New Zealand gave our family the opportunity to build a new life.
That experience shaped the person I became and the meaning behind Loto Moana.
We believe that when something supports you or gives you life, you should never forget it. Remember your roots.
That is why LOTO MOANA is more than clothing. It's about building a community — one that grows with purpose, supports one another, creates opportunities, and gives back where it can.
Our dream is simple:
